Returns and Refunds

At mobilityspineren, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our designer gift presentation products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging and materials
  • Not be custom-made or personalized items

Custom Orders

Custom-designed or personalized gift presentation products are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality
  • Refund if goods are significantly different from what was described

A major failure occurs when:

  • The goods would not have been acquired by a reasonable consumer
  • The goods are substantially unfit for their normal purpose
  • The goods are unsafe
  • The goods depart significantly from their description or sample
